Comcast/Netflix agreement? explained
I’ve read quite a few stories on the agreement this morning. Of those, this one covers the most ground with no hype or BS either way.
Long term the way I see it, a couple large companies line their pockets and leave the end user rotting on the vine. It’s the new American way I guess.

Sue all the chains, tax it nearly out of existence, change the public mindset, tax it some more, restrict its purchase by minors, ban its consumption in all indoor public places, tax it some more.
When they finally close all the chains down they’ll find they put another 4.5 million people out of work, and they will have to find the next evil revenue tax stream.

The writing is on the wall. Have you seen any news story contradicting the study? Some are questioning it a bit, but many are portraying it as gospel.
Comcast to buy Time Warner
Having had both I’ve always said I would drop Time Warner like a hot rock if Comcast ever was ever offered in my area. I just hope the merger won’t bring Comcast down to the level of service I’ve gotten from time Warner.
In the area I live now, I know Comcast will have to sink some $ in updating their lines in order bring me up to par with the service I got before I moved.
