No smoking in your own vehicle in drive-thru line

My wife, Kathy KKBspace, went to #SteaknShake in #DeKalb yesterday. After ordering she pulled up to the window and lit a cigarette while waiting on the cashier. The cashier soon opened the window, accepted her money then told my wife that there is no smoking allowed on the premises and that she would need to put her cigarette out. That didn’t go over very well with Kathy! After (quite) a few choice words Kathy left with her cash, but no food.

Too bad, always kind of liked their shakes… Back to the #Wendys Frosty

Leaving port today for her last deployment

Departing for the hotbed of the Middle East today for a 7 month deployment. After returning she will be deactivated & eventually decommissioned.

Godspeed to the Enterprise and her crew.

Timing is everything???

Reading this makes you wonder why Washington is trying to talk Israel out of attacking Iran. Could it be that the timing isn’t quite right?

From what I’ve read on other sites the $81 million in reallocated funds will develop and build 20 of the improved bunker busters. Until the bombs are built I guess we’ll just have to “give diplomacy and sanctions a chance to work.”

Pro-SOPA TV news networks don’t mention SOPA during prime-time.

A Media Matters study shows that the TV news companies, which support the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA), have been self-censoring the issue from their prime-time broadcasts.

While CNN devoted one show to SOPA, MSNBC, Fox News, ABC, CBS, and NBC have clearly instituted a de facto blackout on the subject.

There are many reasons for this, according to Media Matters, but the biggest is that TV news networks are nothing but corrupt shills and propagandists for the biggest corporations and two major political parties.
