Experiencing slow/intermittent internet connection on Linux Mint 11?
If your NIC uses a Realtek chipset, you may want to update your driver. It can be downloaded from http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=7&PFid=10&Level=3&Conn=2.
No package, tarball only, but it sure fixed my network issues.
