Save the Coffee
I’ve not been on the Climate Change bandwagon. Has the global temperatures been rising, yes. Have they risen in the past, yes. Global temperatures have been higher, even before the beginning of the industrial revolution.
That doesn’t mean my position can’t be swayed. I just seen that a new study shows that global warming might wipe out my coffee. Reading the story changed my mind in a hurry, now I’m all about stopping global warming.
My 3 step approach would reverse this trend quickly:
1) We must start with permanent worldwide bans on all commercial industry and the use of all fossil fuels.
2) Since all animals emit CO2 we must also annihilate all animal species, including humans.
3) These must be a zero tolerance global initiatives, after the last human squashes the last cockroach he must promise to jump off a cliff.
Problem solved, the earth is saved and so is the coffee. Too bad no one will be around to enjoy it.
